
MY PILATES PHILOSOPHY

Pilates is a practice of awareness first and foremost. As your instructor I am here to guide you through every movement with focus and ease. Every Pilates session should leave you feeling centered in your mind and body. Pilates can be a slow moving gentle exercise, an upbeat heart pounding workout, and everything in between. My hope for every client is that they build the connection with their body movements in the studio and take it with them when they leave and go out into the world. When we do this work we learn how to breathe and move properly, honoring the amazingly and beautifully complicated anatomy of the human body.

Private Session
In a private session I will do a postural assessment and customize your one hour session to accomplish your goals; may that be a total body workout, gentle alignment work, or injury rehabilitation and prevention.

Duet sessions are for two people. Great for friends and family looking to have fun together while getting a great workout and stretch. Price listed is total for two.
